中山市雪乐电器（雪莱电器）有限公司成立于1997年，是广东中山市一家专业从事厨房电器的企业。主要产品包括家用燃气灶具、家用烤箱灶、壁挂炉膨胀水箱、取暖炉等。二十年的发展历程，公司占地面积12亩，并拥有一支精干的管理人员和高素质的专业技术人才队伍。

公司拥有各类生产设备，200吨-1300吨液压机床10台， 25吨-200吨100多台冲床，以及旋切机、焊接、抛光等设备。同时拥有自动生产线四条，各种检测设备50多台套，确保产品质量合格率达到99.8%。公司以诚信经营本，产品质量为生命，服务客户为信念。多年来积累大量与美的、万和、威力等公司配套合作的经验。

 

雪乐壁挂炉膨胀水箱简介

雪乐壁挂炉膨胀水箱采用源自江浙的成熟工艺生产。从拉伸到成品发货，整体生产过程全部在本公司完成，产品质量及生产工艺全部得到保障，确保产品合格率达99.9%。佛山及华北质量检测均高标准通过，全部合格。

雪乐壁挂炉水箱拥有的优良性能，源于雪乐对产品品质及材料严格的把控。壳体采用52D镀锌板材，厚度为2.0mm镀锌起到优秀的抗腐蚀效果。壳体板料符合拉伸力学性能，抗压，硬度等相关要求。皮膜采用进口丁晴橡胶，各项性能试验符合要求，包括高低温测试，零下30℃到高温150℃，拉伸强度，永久变形，撕裂强度等。管接头采用A3材料，表面进行镀黑锌处理。起到保护抗氧化作用，防止生锈，出现红斑。气门嘴采用高档汽车专用气门嘴，要求表面镀镍处理，防止氧化生锈。雪乐对出产的每一个产品充氮气1.0bar，进行密封性检测，充入3.5bar的水压，保压30秒以上，检查各个部位是否泄漏。雪乐电器视质量为生命，严控水箱质量水平，竭力保障生产，全力配合客户排产安排。
